I just bought a Logitech Wireless Headset for Xbox brand new, but it won’t turn on. Is this a normal problem
I just bought it off of ebay, BRAND NEW, sealed and everything and I’ve charged it now for over 3 hours, which the directions say it only taks 1.5 hours to charge fully. The dang thing won’t turn on, the directions say to
1.turn off the Xbox (check)
2.Plug in the headset comunicator into the controller (check)
3. Turn on the Xbox
4. Turn on your headset by holding down the multifunction button for 3 seconds until the green led light flashes (Nothing)
The greenlight does’nt even come on! When I plug the charger in the orange light comes on, but the green light… zipo! Nada! NOTHING!
What I’m wanting to know is first (if you’ve had experience with one of these) am I doing something wrong, secong (if you’ve had experience with one of these) should I get it replaced with one like it or get a different one. PLEASE HELP! This is extremely agrivating and I’d been wating for this stupid head to come in for nearly a week now and it does’nt even work!

Wow. This is late help but check the return policy of the online supplier that you purchased it from and tell him or her that it don’t work. If they post a phone number thats even better, call them, like right now. Most reputable dealers have a 7 to 10 day return policy so you aint got to much time to waste. E-mail them to just so they know you mean bizzness. Hurry now!!, good luck. Later.
